The Company`s 5-star Hotels all having a touch of superior elegance inside and outside, fabulous grounds, and are more like a restaurant with rooms and kitchen garden. The concept was created in 2011 and has been recognised with many accolades and industry awards.

The Company is expanding with new venue openings in the pipeline. Their ethos is to give their staff a great place to work that is fun, professional and just a little bit different, with bags of opportunity for career progression and potential international work experience.

They pride themselves in their ability to bring the best out of their FOH Sommelier Wine Team, with constant learning provided, and freedom to experiment with wine and drink pairings.

Complementing the fresh ingredients used in all of the restaurant`s menu items from their own gardens and greenhouses. Creating new guest experiences with passion and delivering on expectations. It can be challenging at times but very rewarding.

The Company is currently looking for a passionate and focused Restaurant Manager at one of the most exciting award-winning Hotel restaurants in the New Forest, Hampshire close to the South Coast. The position is permanent and full time.

The Restaurant is the beating heart of this establishment. The restaurant offers guests a daily changing menu which is dedicated to the ingredients grown within their own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by local suppliers. Serving hotel residents, private functions and public reservations they can guarantee each service to be different, fun and full of atmosphere!

Own transport needed to get to the venue in the New Forest, no live-in or public transport links.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Be an accomplished Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager ideally with a rosette or top class Gastro pub  or hotel environment.

Ability to host a room, setting the tone for a relaxed yet professional style of service that`s guaranteed to ensure guests can sit back and enjoy their time whilst in the restaurant.

The Restaurant team is diverse, with varied experience and abilities on display you will need to train, plan and develop their skills to collectively provide a quality service to guests.

Able to show creativity and empowerment to those around them by giving that little extra in everything they do.

Be confident, adaptable with a positive attitude and emotionally robust.

Essential you can work as part of a respectful and communicative team, supporting others.

What`s on Offer?

Amazing full-time permanent Restaurant Manager opportunity in a creative and quirky, 5-Star Hotel brand.

Competitive basic salary judged on interview, trial and experience.

Tronc (service charges) available on top of basic salary, worth around £2500.

Working 45 hours per week, 5 days a week, mix of shifts, with some weekends off.
