Key Features of the Role:
As a Massage and Facial Therapist, you are taking guest bookings, engaging with guests at reception, carrying out treatments, completing retails sales and exceeding guest expectations. Working up to 40 hours a week (full time or part hours are available).
Making sure your treatment room is well stocked and equipped with everything needed to carry out a range of unique and bespoke treatments.
The brand offers a close to nature and authentic holistic experience to guests which does not disappoint, you have to be able to deliver a high standard range of body treatments and facials.
As a Therapist you will need to be comfortable talking through guest requirements and potential medical disclaimers to make sure that the correct treatments are carried out.
You will be encouraged to develop through the extensive in-house training provided, to learn new skills, techniques, and product ranges from external professionals.
As someone who will go the extra mile you will need to present yourself in a friendly yet professional manner, openly engaging with guests both inside and outside the treatment rooms.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Experienced and trained as a Massage and Facial therapist is essential, as well as having a high standard of holistic body and facial therapist skills.
Proficient in a range of massage, body treatments and facials, able to carry out the duties and responsibilities of a massage therapist, and work as a cohesive team player.
Sales training or knowledge is extremely desirable as you will be targeted on product sales and need to be able to suggest, offer, recommend the right products and or treatments in a friendly and professional manner.
Face to face customer service experience and guest engagement is a key requirement of this role, either in the treatment room or at the hotel reception.
Ideally, we require you to have a Level 3 or higher qualification in holistic treatment (CIDESO, CIBTAC, NVQ or VTCT) from a recent or current massage therapist employer or career.
Must have car or own transport to get to site, as no reliable public transport links.
