They pride themselves in their ability to bring the best out of their fantastic Chefs with constant learning provided, and freedom to experiment with new flavours, by sourcing fresh ingredients every day from their own gardens and greenhouses, to create new menus and deliver amazing dishes every day. It can be challenging for the Kitchen Porter at times but very rewarding.
The Company is currently looking for a creative and pioneering Kitchen Porter to join their kitchen team at one of the most vibrant and award-winning Hotel restaurants located in the beautiful New Forest. The position is permanent.

All the Company is looking for is a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic - taking pride in a job well done.
From here you will learn and develop skills and knowledge so that you can progress up the career ladder, as the Hotel is going through a period of expansion and growth and is looking for the right dedicated people to be a part of that expansion and career path.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
As a Kitchen Porter you will ideally have similar experience working in a busy kitchen, but this is not essential as the Company can provide all necessary training.
Own transport is essential due to rural location and hours as there is no reliable public transport links and no live-in accommodation.
You should possess ambition to continually push yourself to move up to the next career level.
So, if you like what you have read, and are ready for a new challenge, then please make an application now.
A catering qualification would be preferred but it is not essential.
You must be emotionally robust and have a positive mental attitude and aptitude.

Working 5 or 4 days with 2 or 3 days off respectively per week
