This role will support HR Manager to deliver the strategic HR plan including the recruitment process fulfilling the needs of the business

Duties and Responsibilties
This is a varied role that will cover all aspects of recruitment, project work and genberal HR
Management of the inhouse recruitment requirements
Pro-actively recruting and resourcing having a talent pool available
Screening candidates to ensure they have the skills and experience required
Booking the interview dates with hiring manager
Administration of references
Write job adverts to post internally and advertise positions externally
Review applications and pass onto hiring managers
Work with external recruiters
Assist with training line management
Support a diverse workforce
Undertake benchmarking activities
Support HR activities
Qualifications and Experience
Previous background in either/or in house recruitment or agency
Self- starter, able to work delivering high volume results
Proven abilities
Strong and professional telephone manner
Knowledge and proven experience of business and management principles
Proven influencing and negotiation skills
