We are looking for a Commercial Officer for our MOD Government client based in Glasgow. Working in the Defence Infrastructure Organisation we have an excellent opportunity for an interim Commercial Manager with experience in delivering construction and infrastructure public sector procurements.
The ideal candidate will have conducted sourcing and tendering for new build and refurbishment construction projects and have a sound understanding in NEC 3 & 4 contracts, be familiar with OJEU/public sector procurement regulations and governance. Ideally you will have SC, if not you must be prepared to go through the process.
