Job Details
An experienced Electrician is required by a market leading supplier of hydraulic and electric submersible pumping equipment to provide assistance with their customers’ on-site installations as well as service and repair of the Company’s fleet of electric submersible pumps and associated control equipment in the Scotland area. The Regional Electrician will be based near Edinburgh and provide support and advice across the hire network in the Scottish region which will require some degree of travel to customer sites with occasional overnight stays. The Regional Electrician will have a time served apprenticeship and have minimum 17th edition.

Person Specification:
Essential:
- Clean and current UK driving licence
- 17th edition wiring regulations
- Completed time served apprenticeship or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Have flexibility for overnight stays
- Previous work experience in electrical engineering
Desirable:
- Good working knowledge of 3 phase systems, DOL and soft start control equipment (product training provided)
- Previous experience with submersible pumps
Hours:
39 hours per week + occasional overtime
Hourly Rate:
£16 per hour
