Your new role
Bringing into practice your previous experience you will evaluate the condition of M&E installations on the sites to inform of the lifecycle plan. Your skills in analysing data will support with performance trends and identifying risk. You will put into practice your strong communications skills and building relationships with internal & external stakeholders. Customer focus will be a top priority and you will thrive on delivering a high-quality service that exceeds expectations. When joining us as an M&E Surveyor won’t be alone, regular team meetings mean that you will be supported by your manager and peers with regular reviews encouraging your desire to learn and to ensure you develop the future capability needed to continue to be successful in your role and to take us to the next level.
Are you able to provide
- Experience in M&E plant room condition surveys
- Understanding of Building Regulations
- NQF Level4/5 in a relevant subject
- Recognised Technical Institute Membership
- A belief that zero harm is achievable
