Fantastic all-encompassing Marketing Manager opportunity (full time permanent).
Basic annual salary ranging from £35,000 to £42,000 + Benefits.
Blended work environment (remotely, Berkshire office, client sites), candidates considered within 20 miles of Newbury, (commute 2 or 4 time a week).
Exciting Marketing Manager opportunity allowing you to bring together your experiences within the following areas:
- 360 Agency marketing experience.
- Client management experience, (over 50 high value / net worth partners).
- Managing multiple marketing campaigns (digital and traditional), responsible for multi-million-pound campaigns.
- Managing and responsible for channel marketing, creating, and designing various marketing collateral briefs.
- Competitor and campaign analysis, reporting and consultation on improvements.
- Working with and managing high level, top priority clients / partners to produce bespoke campaigns.
- Advising and reviewing previous, current, and future marketing strategies.
- Organise, attend, and review trade expo marketing collateral and infographics.
- Researching new industry advancements, identifying technological changes, how they could benefit your clients and business partners.
- Liaising with internal and external departments and stakeholders (sales & marketing), building relationships.
- Working and managing budgets and ROI.
What you are expected to bring to this Marketing Manager opportunity:
- Confident, analytical, and excellent communication skills from your previous employments.
- Ability to work remotely at the office or client sites as and when required (autonomously and self-motivated).
- Proven relationship builder.
- Strong written English and grammar experience, keen eye for detail.
- Creative marketing experience across digital and traditional marketing.
- Working with multiple top tier client partners, on marketing campaigns with million £ budgets.
- UK driving licence and own transport to travel to clients and the office when required.
Essential requirements you must have to apply for this awesome Marketing Manager opportunity:
- English or Marketing degree, or relevant level of marketing experience, or higher.
- Worked in a similar role or looking to make that step up, having managed marketing campaigns and marketing communications.
- Salesforce user experience in a marketing capacity.
- Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel experience are a must.
- Hosted email marketing platforms experience is essential.
