The Company is currently looking for a dedicated, organised Sommelier (aka a Rock `n` Roll wine Nerd!) to join their FOH Wine Team at one of the most exciting award-winning Hotel restaurants in a beautiful part of Dorset, close to the South Coast. The position is permanent and full time.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
As Sommelier you must have a can-do attitude; and be truly reflective of the company`s brand.
Proactive and motivated approach, developing a strong product knowledge to pass onto the other members of your team.
You must have exposure to wines and drink pairings in a customer service or hospitality sector.
Working collaboratively with the management team to provide guests with a truly unique experience.
Working hours include some evenings and weekends.
Experience in a similar role is essential, plus recognised qualifications in wine and spirits.
What is on Offer?
A Sommelier has an attractive basic salary £22K - £25K depending upon your knowledge, experience, wine qualifications and skill set, plus Tronc worth around £2500 per annum.
Working 5 days out of 7, lunch and dinner typically working 45 hours per week in a relaxed and informal setting and wearing jeans and casual wear to work.
Holiday entitlement is 20 days plus all bank and public holidays, rising by 1 day each year for 5 years.
