New and exciting Refrigeration Service Engineer opportunity covering the North of England and up to Glasgow, this is a permanent opportunity, repairing clients industrial cooling and brazing machines.

Great overtime package in place to support travel requirements as part of the job, (expect to have one night away each week), with the majority of clients in Manchester and Glasgow, and some in Ireland, working 45 hours per week.
You will be given all of the tools and support that you need to complete your duties and responsibilities as a Refrigeration Service Engineer. Essentially turn up to work on time and in appropriate work gear, handle service contracts, breakdowns, repairs, standby cover, maintenance, and housekeeping

Knowledge and Skills Required:
To be successful as a Refrigeration Service Engineer you will need to have current experience repairing and maintaining industrial cooling and brazing machinery, pipework, refrigeration circuits, and paperwork.
You must be able to complete and adhere to company policy and induction training requirements, working in the field remotely under your own supervision.
Valid CSCS and FGAS cards and be physically fit and able to conduct and perform the repairs and maintenance required at customer sites.
You must be able to use an iPad and mobile phone to communicate effectively with your support team and to allow prompt completion and filling of service reports.
Experience dealing with service contracts, breakdowns and confidently understand the task in hand, and have the right tools for the job to be completed effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction surveys and photographic proof of repairs completed.
Must be able to handle and understand quoted and mis-quoted remedial and renewal work.
During standby cover you are expected to maintain yourself and equipment at a ready status, to attend at short notice requirements.
Must have valid and clean UK driving licence.
What is on Offer?
This Service Engineer opportunity pays up to £36K per annum based on experience.
Full-time permanent field-based opportunity including company Ford Transit Custom.
Working remotely 45-hour week plus standby cover 1 week in 4.
Overtime rates are as follows: First 2 hours of OT during week paid at standard time, with balance paid at time and a half. Double time on Sunday`s. Time and a half on Saturdays.
One night away each week near client site paid for by the company.
You will receive a company mobile and iPad, as well as company logo / branded materials.
