The Company and the Role:
The Company is a high end Estate Resort & Villa complex which has a unique collection of standalone villas and larger residences along with one-and-two bedroom suites.
Located on a 1200-acre estate that benefits from a wide variety of amenities including four beaches, four restaurants and bars, a championship 18-hole golf course, a complimentary kids and teens club open daily, three tennis courts, lit for night play, non-motorized water sports, hiking trail and a fitness centre
They are now seeking a Preventative Maintenance Supervisor.
Reporting into the Maintenance Manager you will assist in planning, directing, and executing all Preventative Maintenance programs, including billing, repairs, and installations.
Key Features of the Role:
Supervise the Maintenance Administrators in the compilation and distribution of information to assure delivery of high quality maintenance standards and ensure that the Maintenance office is operating smoothly.

- Review Pre and Post Preventative Maintenance Reports from Maintenance Administrators and submit to Maintenance Manager
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, design and implement new systems.
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves.
- Construction/refurbishment - Work alongside supervisors and contractors to gather data for preparation of cost estimates for owner approval.
- Materials/stock - Work alongside the Warehouse Manager to build a database of minimum par shelf storage items.
- Preventative maintenance planning - Work alongside the Maintenance Manager in planning the preventative maintenance schedules. Provide weekly and monthly reports/updates on work tasks and projects.
- Preventative maintenance inspections - part of the job requires conducting inspections alongside the Maintenance Manager and Villa Manger.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Be an accomplished Maintenance Supervisor, ideally with experience in the hotel and resort sector
- Ideally possess a bachelor`s degree in engineering, project management or equivalent
- Working understanding and experience in planned preventative maintenance systems and management of small projects
- Demonstrable skills in leading and able to train and coach local workforce
- Excellent communicator skills (Verbal and Written)
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Excellent IT/ pc, project management and decision-making skills
What`s on Offer?
The basic salary is paid in USD and is tax free for an Ex-Patriate employee. In addition, there is an annual bonus which is also paid in USD and tax free for an Ex-Patriate employee. A company vehicle is also provided along with a laptop and a mobile phone.
Free accommodation is provided along with all utility bills paid. Free meals in the staff canteen.
Holiday entitlement is 24 days per year laundry, local transport, medical insurance and sick pay are also provided
In addition, all Ex-Pat employees will receive 1 paid return economy flight per year. Mobilization and De-Mobilization flights are also paid for by the Company. A relocation allowance is also payable.
