Job Details
ATB is an established agricultural based family business which has diversified into a number of different revenue streams throughout the years. One of which is a fleet of 7 bulker artic lorries, 2 low loaders and a rigid 8 wheeler.
Much of the work that the haulage department take on is agricultural based, moving grain, straw or farm machinery to and from mills or farms.
Main roles and responsibilities
Report to yard/transport manager
Plan and complete journeys to the optimum time advantage according to taco rules and regulations
Carry out daily vehicle and load checks
Complete relevant paper work to ensure paper trail is kept up to standard
Required Skills and Attributes
Presentable Conscientious Careful driver Some nights out required
At least 2 years Class 1 experience Full UK HGV Class 1 driving license CPC qualification
