The Company is currently looking for a quick-thinking, methodical, RF Engineer to drive the RF elements of system design.

You will be working within the R&D team based at the Company’s offices in Oxfordshire, but some travel may be required.

Key Features of the Role:

• Responsible for RF design and verification in radar systems
• Researching applicable RF/radar techniques to drive future product development
• Antenna modelling and development
• Drive improvements into radar system functional testing
• Support RF type product issues and investigations
• Radio and EMC testing and regulatory support for compliance
• Regulatory standards support within the UK, Europe and worldwide
• Adhere to company and department processes
• Contribute to continual improvement initiatives within the team

Knowledge and Skills:

You will preferably have an excellent background in electronics, RF, system design and simulation.

You must have appropriate technical qualifications, ideally degree level or equivalent experience in Electronics or RF design.

A background in CST simulation and radar systems is highly valued.

You will be a keen problem solver with a focus on detail, be comfortable in research as well as development.

To fit into the environment, you will need to be an energetic individual who is used to consistently delivering high value work under pressure and a meticulous approach to detail and quality.

You must have the ability to communicate and work effectively with people at all levels within the business.

Salary will be competitive based on the type of role within the Thames Valley area.

Other benefits include a generous profit share bonus scheme and pension scheme. Holiday entitlement is 23 days plus bank holidays. After 2 years’ service holidays increase by 1 day per year to a maximum of 5 additional days.
