A small expanding company based in Kent is seeking multiple HVAC Engineers to provide planned and reactive maintenance for its customers in London and South East England. The HVAC Engineer will have previous experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning. You will have minimum NVQ level 3 qualifications and you must have a CSCS card.
Applications from suitably experienced ex-military personnel (British Army, Royal Air Force, Royal Navy or Royal Marines) are strongly encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned/PPM/reactive maintenance tasks
- Ensure that Health & Safety regulations are adhered to whilst working at customers` premises.
- Survey and preparation of costs for minor improvement works as well as manage through to completion
- Work on a number of air and water flow rates which include general supply and extract systems, VAC systems and VRF systems, moduline systems, FAT boxes, chilled and condenser systems, induction units, variable and fixed orifice valves, pic valves and iris dampers
Person Specification:
- Excellent technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Have experience specialising carrying out maintenance tasks which involve HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Educated to a minimum NVQ Level 3 in an Engineering discipline
- Experience in project management from inception to completion
- Excellent communicational skills both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills
- Must have CSCS card
