This is a superb permanent opportunity for you to join a fantastic kitchen brigade offering their clientele a wide range of facilities to enjoy.
Their experienced Head Chef brings a new style of classic cuisine to their award-winning restaurant which also has the capability of hosting weddings and functions.
Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner service, where clientele and members can be treated to a sports bar, family dinning, afternoon tea, Sunday Roast in elegant surroundings.
This role will allow you to learn and progress as there is so much variety in one place producing rosette standard cuisine.
Key Features of the Role:
Commis Chef is a vital part of the brigade system, responsible for learning and working specific sections, consistently preparing, cooking and presenting dishes under guidance.

Using good listening and communications skills to organise your workload
Full time permanent Commis Chef opportunity in an award-winning standard, working 5 days per week (mainly straight shifts and 1 breakfast shift) with 1 evening off per week.
Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
To be successful in this role you will need to be an accomplished Commis Chef or Cook.
Your practical experience should be supported by some form of catering qualification.
Previous experience in a similar role or fresh food restaurant venue.
It is essential that you are emotionally robust, adaptable and self-motivated, possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential you have reliable transport due to restaurant location, no live-in available.
Essential that you have a desire to work with fresh quality ingredients, cooking from scratch.
It is preferable that you possess ambition and want to develop your Chef career.
What’s on Offer?
Commis Chef will receive a basic annual salary of £20,000 per annum
48 hours a week mainly straight shifts and 1 breakfast shift per week
2 whole days + 1 evening off a week
