The Company and the Role:
Working in a luxury spa venue on a full time or part time permanent basis as a Spa Therapist based in the New Forest, offering the best possible treatments, paid on an hourly basis with commission on top.
This amazing venue offers the best of everything to their guests irrespective if they are regulars or first-time users.
The superb and premier facilities include a Sauna, Hydro Pool, Mud House, Steaming Hot Pool, multiple treatment rooms, state of the art gym, indoor pool, hands and feet treatments, fitness studio and a café serving fresh and healthy items.
There are multiple fabulous opportunities available for a passionate and accomplished Spa Therapist, with guaranteed and part time hours, as well as the opportunity to be a full time employed person.
You would have everything made available to you for you to complete your responsibilities and duties when offering treatments and massages to guests, as well as working in a vibrant and exclusive team environment, supported by a company who puts the wellbeing of their employees first, to make sure you offer the high standards expected.
You will need your own car or mode of transport to get to the venue for work, as public transport is not reliable enough throughout the year.
Key Features of the Role:
The Spa Centre is an extremely important part of the business as you are bringing in an additional revenue stream to the business by making sure that guests and visitors using the Spa have an exceptional experience.
The most popular treatments carried out on a day to day basic will be body and head massages, as well as access to the other options listed above. Treatments will be booked in advance for the most time but can be requested on the day depending on availability by guests.
Working with the Sarah Chapman (one of London`s most sought after facialist), using Sarah`s skincare range of products to help guests leave glowing, with flawless skin, full training and support on these products will be given by the company to help you.
As part of the expert Spa Therapist team you will also focus on authentic, holistic treatments, with a range of luxurious and indulgent treatments, as well as natural health-giving and good for the soul treatments, using Bamford, VOYA and Bamford Grooming.
The luxury Spa is open from 7:00 till 21:00 weekdays, 7:00 till 20:00 weekends, your working hours will fit within these times depending if you are part or full time.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Head and Body massage therapy experience + Level 3, CIDESO or CIBTAC qualified are an essential requirement for this opportunity.
Additional and relevant training and qualifications are beneficial.
Must have own transport to get to work every day.
Previous experience in a high end, 4-star or 5-star award-winning spa would be ideal.
What`s on Offer?
Depending on experience levels, qualifications and interview results hourly rate will range from £8.25 to £12.50, paid on a monthly basis through PAYE payroll.
The Company will also offer commission on top of the agreed basic hourly rate, which will kick in after probation and will be based on a fixed % amount, the commission % will increase as your tenure of employment increases.
Full time and part hours are available with rota`s completed well in advance so that you can plan around work hours, with guaranteed set hours every week.
