This opportunity has absolutely no sales requirement and is a 180 recruiter and resourcer / talent finding role.

Key Features of the Role:
The company wants you to work as a successful Technical Recruiter, building short-term and long-term relationships with various clients and candidates.
Sourcing IT and Technical candidates from multiple databases as a resourcer or talent finder, as well as using personal and professional contacts.
Working Monday to Friday to resourcing targets and deadlines in a competitive work environment.
Using your theoretical and or technical knowledge to discuss various job descriptions and client requirements with candidates.
Understand and relate candidates experience and knowledge, transferable skills and suitability to the client`s role and criteria check list.
Using a database and other recruitment software to add candidates, format CV`s, manage candidate submissions, status and progress throughout in a pro-active and professional manner.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
To be a successful Technical Recruiter you will need to have a broad IT and or technical, theoretical knowledge or understanding, not necessarily expert level.
It is essential that you have a current recruitment resourcing or talent finding background.
Ideally if you are a seasoned IT or Technical Recruiter who wants to move from a 360 to a 180 role that will also be considered.
If you are coming from an internal recruitment background within either IT or Technical companies then you will also be considered.
Understanding of the skills, software and hardware knowledge of Developers, Testers, Automation, Robotics etc. But with no recruitment experience would be considered but at a more junior level and salary.
Experience creating and building short-term and long-term relationships with clients and candidates is ideally sought.
Emotionally robust and proven to have handled targets, KPI`s and deadlines, with an employment history to back this up.

What`s on Offer?
The Technical Recruiter will be eligible for a basic salary ranging from £18K - £25K per annum depending on recruitment and industry knowledge experience, as well as interview assessment.
OTE (on target earnings) commission is available based on placement numbers being achieved, realistically a current Technical Recruiter is earning on average £15K per annum on top of their basic salary.
Full time hours Monday to Friday office environment, no weekends.
25 days holiday + 8 public bank holidays. 28 days maximum based on tenure and the option to buy 5 more holidays.
Salary monthly paid with commission paid 1 month in arrears.
There might be the requirement to attend some events during each 12-month period.
Easily accessible via public transport.
