Amazing permanent Account Manager opportunity in Eastleigh, Hampshire assisting new and existing business partners navigate the convergence of IT, telecoms and cloud with a constantly evolving portfolio.

The Company pro-actively monitors the marketplace and industry for potential IT and Technical solutions which might benefit their business partners, working closely with Solution Specialists.
The Company will give you the tools to make sure that you have the opportunity to create a long term and successful career in a 100% channel-focused business Account Manager role.

Key Features:
The successful Account Manager will be required to bring in new business partners, as well as managing established resellers in the Telecoms and IT Technologies markets.
Operating in a desk-based role using Unified Comms technologies, with the main objective achieving sales targets (monthly and annually), with channel resellers.
Defending and upselling existing revenue streams and cross selling the portfolio and new products across an allocated number of smaller spending resellers and minimising churn.
Working proactively with and utilising the `Account Team` specialists is essential to maximise your revenue generating opportunities of your allocated resellers.
Regular contact with your resellers, establish relationships with larger accounts in your allocated base, as well as training and up-skilling partners to deliver maximum sales potential.
Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to support the achievement of sales targets, utilising and maintaining a CRM system (SalesForce).

Knowledge and Skills Required:
As an Account Manager, you must have the following knowledge, skills and experience to be considered for this amazing opportunity:
Current telesales experience is essential either as Account Manager or New Business Sales.
You must be IT literate, have a positive mental attitude and be emotionally robust, as there will be targets and deadlines to manage, as well as KPI`s and sales targets.
You will need to be able to effectively communicate and listen to your channel reseller partners, be able to be flexible and quick thinking, to be able to generate business at all levels.
Working with and building an organised sales diary and pipeline of business through relationship building, the ability to use and manage a CRM is essential.
You must enjoy working in a targeted environment using existing sales skills, (open and closed questions, alternative closes etc.) as well as generating leads, negotiating, consulting and closing sales.
Any Telecoms or IT exposure and even use of webinars as and effective sales tool would be great.

What`s on Offer?
The Account Manager basic salary can range up to £25,000 which will be assessed at interview and based on experience, plus other contributing factors.
Bonus OTE of £10K.
Working Monday to Friday no late nights or weekends.
25 days holiday + bank holidays + additional 1 day`s holiday for every year worked up to 30 days holiday maximum. The option to buy up to an extra 5 holiday days.
An additional day off on your birthday or if you are getting married.
