As a key member of the team you will take direction from the Team Leader or Branch Supervisor and work as part of a team ensuring jobs are completed correctly, on time and to the customers satisfaction and within their SLA Crowns customer administration team provides the highest levels of administrative and customer service support to our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring our clients receive an outstanding service.
Undertaking the safe loading/un-loading and usage of vehicles in accordance with Company procedures and road traffic acts. Fully conversant with company procedures, standards of discipline, the need for accuracy and the security and well-being of the customers property.
Responsible for the courteous interface with customers and ensure timetables and service expectations are maintained. Communicate with Supervisor/Team Leader where customer services expectations are threatened. When directed will operate within the Centre and undertake duties as directed. Where necessary you will be required to carry out duties unsupervised using your own initiative to solve problems.
Education & Training
A minimum of GCSE certificated general education
Holder of valid current driving licence and be prepared to drive company vehicles appropriate to their licence as per business needs and demands

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
General Tasks
Ensure that all vehicle related reporting is completed in a timely manner.
Acknowledge all duty rosters for shifting and be punctual for the shift involved.
Estimate weight to comply with load limitations and ensure safe distribution of weight.
Ensure the load is correctly placed and secured to avoid any damage to the truck or goods.
Assist in unloading and loading of goods.
Basic Maintenance of company vehicles.
Filling in vehicle diary daily or monthly report.
Monitor other drivers.
Provide high quality customer service.
Able to conduct physical aspects of the role
