◾Maintenance of our existing accreditations in H&S, Environmental, Quality, Data Protection and Anti-Bribery & Corruption.
Key Responsibilities
◾Monthly Environmental reporting.
◾Weekly fuel reports - highlighting infringements. ◾Accident book management for UK & Ireland. ◾Accident reporting statistics published quarterly ◾Shared drive property maintenance of records for service inspection and reports.
◾Purchase order for maintenance tasks. ◾Blanket POs for national contract services ◾Disaster Recovery Plans ensuring these are completed annually.
◾Improvement Opportunity follow ups for UK & I to ensure closure within agreed timescales. ◾Manual handling training records, maintenance and follow up to ensure all staff training is covered.
◾Ensure local risk assessments are in place and have been reviewed.
◾Local compliance audits within easy travel distance.
◾National Supplier database maintenance approved suppliers, contracts and expenditure. ◾NRC Database - updates for UK&I and assistance to Global Compliance Manager for companywide IT system.
◾Assist Sales in completing RFP™s for compliance elements.
◾Maintenance of local records in the Quality and Risk section of SharePoint.
◾Annual review and updating of the legal /risk registers.
◾Distribution of insurance certificates and updating SharePoint.
◾Search, assess and set up accounts with waste management companies and carry out due diligence regarding environmental credentials ◾Provide reports on waste management reports on request.
◾Maintain all waste licences and exemptions. Aptitude, Experience and Qualification ◾Experience of Health and Safety, Quality & Environmental and Data Protection Systems.
◾A recognised formal qualification in any of the above.
◾GDPR advanced knowledge.
◾Advanced Office Skills especially using Excel. ◾Experience in using SharePoint.
◾Ability to analysis data and produce reports / graphs in variety of formats.
◾A willingness to travel when required ◾To undertake training course to enhance own knowledge in areas of compliance.
