Description :
The Electrician will be dedicated to providing maintenance and electrical installations services for a quality private concierge service to exclusive clients situated in Central London. You will have 17th Edition and experience in 3 PHASE and STAR DELTA installations. This role is working for a high performing team, where service is very important.
Applications from suitably experienced ex-military personnel (British Army, Royal Air Force, Royal Navy or Royal Marines) are strongly encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- General property maintenance.
- Carry out periodic inspection of distribution boards and fixed wiring installations.
- Portable appliance testing.
- Carry out repairs and corrective works.
- New electrical installations on single phase, 3 phase and Star Delta.
- Modifications to existing electrical installations on single phase, 3 phase and Star Delta. Wiring fault diagnostics.
- Oversee and control specialist contractors.
- Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the client at all times.
- Maintenance of emergency lighting.
- Any other duties as and when required.
Person Specification:
- Show experience in electrical engineering and/or installation.
- Have expertise in 3 PHASE installations
- Be experienced in STAR DELTA installations
- 17th edition City & Guilds Qualification
- Testing and Inspection qualification
- Full, clean driving License
- Reliable and professional
Salary:
£32,000 - £35,000 + benefits
