Senior Customer Success Specialist
What you will be doing?
Working to support one of our largest customers, you will own this new programme to drive an organisation-wide initiative to support upskilling their most important assets their employees. Managing the entire programme from start to finish, your role is integral to delivering the best customer experience whilst reporting to senior stakeholders the outcome. Working within various business areas in a highly efficient manner you will be juggling numerous priorities in response to the changing requirements of the business.
What you need?
You will need to have a methodical approach and be able to prioritise your workload as it changes.
You will be a great communicator who will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will have the ability to identify problems and resolve or escalate them as required.
You need a can do attitude which will allow you to meet tight deadlines.
Finally you will need to be willing to undergo DV Clearance.
