Administrator - Cheltenham
What is the role?
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the onsite MLS team and onsite Management to ensure we meet our current Service Level Agreements with the client. To take ownership of the weekly administration duties and to complete these in a timely & accurate manner whilst ensuring that quality standards are consistently maintained. To co-ordinate the logistics of courses running for the client ensuring all is prepared in advance of the course, including visitor & laptop passes.
What you need?
You will need to have a methodical approach and be able to prioritise your workload as it changes.
You will be a great communicator who will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will have great attention to detail and must be able to present to employers
Finally you will need to be willing to undergo DV Clearance.
