Our training pathway provides a solid development foundation focusing on market-leading technologies. As a Consulting Bench Manager you will be responsible for the technical management and on-going professional development of a number of Consultants based in the northern half of the UK. Travelling up to 75% of your time (fully expensed), office-based in Manchester
Skills and experience required:
Tech/IT Background:
Software Development, Infrastructure, DevOps or niche IT Recruitment Strong People Management experience and skills Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential to meet deadlines, often at short-notice Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds You will be required to complete six monthly reviews for all consultants (up to 125 consultants based in the North region), as well as an annual appraisal, ensuring that consultants are monitored using SFIA level grading. You will be responsible for maintaining the Continuous Professional Development programme for all consultants, including professional development plans, performance improvement plans and training requirements.
