A London based international Training Company is seeking to employ an Operations Manager / Training Manager in its Asian Office (Nepal). The role is to train the local migrant worker in different sectors predominantly delivering H&S training, to meet the demands of the market.
In addition, the Operations Manager / Training Manager will oversee 12 in Country staff in its daily tasks and ensure international returns are sent.
We are looking for a well-balanced individual that can from experience of working in Nepal identify potential problems from Training deficiencies, Cultural nuances and the processing of international documents that delivers Migrant workers to the European market is fluid. Military / Civilian Teaching qualifications is a must to deliver H^&S training and further training allocated for 2020.
Experience in Nepal with an Engineering qualification would be adventitious but not crucial. This is an immediate start, with interviews taking place soon as possible with the first deployment allocated for the 7 Nov - 14 Dec 2019 with our international Chief Instructor for Orientation.
