The Company is currently looking for a dedicated, organised Night Porter to join their exciting and award-winning luxury hotel team, located on the beautiful coastline in Dorset. The position is permanent.
Key Features of the Role:
As Night Porter you will be responsible for upholding standards and service expected in a 5-star standard hotel and award-winning venue.
Ensuring all daily checks and guest requests are carried out to a high 5-star standard.
Working 4 nights per week from 11pm till 8am.
Act as a 5-star brand ambassador and face of the business to all guests and visitors.
Required to monitor safety and security of the hotel and guests during the night shift.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Be an accomplished Night Porter with experience working in a 4-star / 5-star or Rosette awarded hotel. The company will consider talented professionals from branded and independent boutique hotels or other star levels who want to make that next step up.
Above all you must be highly standards focused ideally coming from a 4 or 5-star site, and someone who will buy into the brand and guest expectations, setting a good example.
Great team player with good organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a very busy hotel with over 90% occupancy, where the company`s reputation for consistently producing amazing guest experiences and exceeding expectations is second to none.
You must have recently worked at a similar high standard of customer service level, as high-end service skills can lapse if not continually used and developed.
A driving licence and reliable transport is essential to get to interview trial and work.

On offer is a basic salary of £19,221 per annum plus Tronc worth around £2500 per annum.
Night Porter will work 4 nights per week from 23:00 till 08:00.
Holiday entitlement is 20 days plus all bank and public holidays, rising by 1 day each year for 5 years.
