Amazing permanent Sales and Business Co-ordinator opportunity with a privately-owned and cool refrigeration company based just outside Southampton, carrying out B2B lead generation and business support, helping to manage client and company manufacturing and service expectations.

The Company has over 30 years of professional refrigeration manufacturing and installation experience and are well known for their professional and thorough understanding of their client`s requirements, especially when it comes to service management contracts.

The exciting and varied requirements of the Sales and Business Co-ordinator role is to use transferable skills in areas such as sales and marketing, business support, office administration and general co-ordination, to make sure that the business as well as customers are serviced correctly, and that good quality leads are generated for the business.

Key Features of the Role:
Sales and Business Co-ordinator will be making outbound calls to other businesses using the company`s current database or responding to website enquiries.
Managing own sales process and business pipeline including your sales diary.
Personally, completing lead generating and handling inbound sales enquiries.
Assisting and covering the Office Services Manager`s day to day duties and responsibilities when not in the office, or when they are on annual leave.
Help with service contracts, renewal`s, client correspondence, quotations and reporting.
Help to co-ordinate mobile service engineers and company assets.
Help handle some of the businesses marketing if needed.
Working Mon to Fri 08:30 till 17:00, 30 mins break (40-hour week).

Knowledge and Skills Required:
To be successful in this Sales and Business Coordinator role you will need to be a very personable, confident and an emotionally robust professional with the following core values.
Positive aptitude, adaptability and application with a business to business (B2B) direct selling or lead generation background. Experience in a targets and solution focused work environment.
Customer and service focused professional communicator, dedicated to quality, who will not over promise and under deliver just to get a sale or lead.
Experience of working in an efficient and effective capacity, sometimes working under your own initiative, or within a team environment.
Ability to represent and promote the brand in a passionate and enthusiastic way.
Business support experience is ideal in a candidate`s background but not at the expense of lead generation, which is the main aspect of this role.
Refrigeration industry sector and service maintenance knowledge would be amazing but is not essential.
Own transport is essential to get to the location as no reliable public transport, or you must live locally.

What`s on Offer?
Basic salary for Sales and Business Co-ordinator is £18,000 to £20,000 per annum based on experience.
Full-time permanent opportunity in a critical business role.
Working Monday to Friday 08:30 till 17:00, 30 mins break (40-hour week).
Free parking on site.
