The Company is currently looking for a dedicated, organised Head Housekeeper to join their exciting and award-winning luxury hotel team, located on the beautiful coastline in Dorset. The position is permanent.
Key Features of the Role:
As Head Housekeeper you will be responsible for developing a 5-star team of Room Attendants and Linen Porters.
Ensuring all daily checks and all guest requests are carried out to a high 5-star standard.
Using your confidence and skills to motivate your team.
Maintaining impeccable 5-star standards with your eye for detail leading by example.
Required to monitor and carry out deep cleaning duties, getting hands on.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Be an accomplished Head Housekeeper, Assistant or Supervisor Head of Housekeeping with experience working in a 4-star / 5-star or Rosette awarded hotel. The hotel will consider talented professionals from branded and independent boutique hotels at similar 4 & 5-star levels who want to make that next step up.
Above all you must be highly standards focused coming from an existing 4 or 5-star site, and someone who will buy into the brand and guest expectations, setting the example as Head Housekeeper.
Possess desire to continually push yourself to move up to the next career level, with the current expansion in the business, means there are more opportunities for progression.
Be a great team player with good organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a very busy hotel, where the Company`s reputation for consistently producing amazing guest experiences and exceeding expectations is second to none.
You must either currently or in your previous employment have worked at a similar level and standard of hotel, as high-end service skills can lapse if not continually used.
A driving licence and reliable transport is essential to get to interview and there is no live in available.

If you`re somebody who has a passion for excellence and great customer service in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment, and have been either a Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Assistant / Supervisor, then there is a great career opportunity waiting for you.
On offer is a basic salary ranging from £25K - £30K per annum depending upon your experience and skill set plus Tronc worth around £2500 per annum.
Head Housekeeper will work 5 days per week.
Holiday entitlement is 20 days plus all bank and public holidays, rising by 1 day each year for 5 years.
