Salary: £27,000 plus Overtime

Position: Permanent (40 hours a week)

With continued growth and high demand, our Client is now looking to recruit Automatic Door/Shopfront Installation Engineer (s) in the Farnborough area of Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an Automatic Door/Shopfront Installation Engineer (s) to join a well-established market leader supplying a service to the commercial and industrial markets. The salary and benefits package for the role of Automatic Door/Shopfront Installation Engineer (s) is highly competitive.
After a period of training on our client’s product range, these Automatic Door/Shopfront Installation Engineer (s) will be expected to have knowledge of installing automatic door systems and aluminium shopfronts working with a team or independently.
These Automatic Door/Shopfront Installation Engineer (s) will be required to work on the installation of automatic door systems and aluminium shopfronts. Working from the Farnborough hub these Automatic Door/Shopfront Installation Engineer (s) would be expected to travel across The South of England, working as part of a team but also undertaking work individually.
These Automatic Door/Shopfront Installation Engineer (s) would liaise with a Senior Project Manager and Installation Planner daily for the scheduling of work and will be expected to provide completed paperwork daily.
These Automatic Door/Shopfront Installation Engineer (s) will visit customer’s premises and active construction sites to carry out installation projects on a variety of automatic door products and shopfronts.

Desirable Experience:
- Knowledge and Experience with Electrical Engineering
- 17th / 18th Edition (Not Essential)
- A full clean driving licence.
- Experience in the installation of automatic doors and aluminium shopfronts
- Good organisational & communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- BS7036 / EN16005 registered.
- CSCS card
- A disclosure check will be undertaken.
