The Company`s Hotels offer a touch of superior elegance inside and outside, as well as fabulous grounds, which appeal to all of the senses when it comes to relaxation therapies in a five-star holistic environment. The hotel concept was created in 2011 and has been recognised with many accolades and industry awards.
The Company is going through expansion and needs to bring into the brand a Holistic Therapist, who will be able to offer a range of holistic massages and facials to hotel guests (Indian Head, neck and back massages etc.)

As a Holistic Therapist you are expected to use all the amazing assets provided by the Hotel and at your disposal, whether that be utilizing the Hotels own gardens and greenhouses, natural onsite habitats, or the areas outstanding natural beauty (visual, audio, spiritual etc.)
The Company is willing to consider full time and part time applicants, perhaps you want to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, mornings, around childcare or school runs, or even around your other business and revenue streams, the choice is yours.
Key Features of the Role:
The Hotel will give you a quirky yet well-equipped outdoor site which offers a suite of equipment and products, which is fully weather protected, which allows you and your client to experience the natural sounds, smells and visual benefits of the outdoors, to help aid in a Holistic Therapist massage and facial portfolio.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for someone who is not looking for a sparkly indoor sports therapy, and or beauty salon type of role but is looking to work with guests on deep tissue massages and holistic therapies.
Working in this unique environment will be less glossy and bling, but more hard physical massage and facial work, using all-natural Bamford and Oskia products, but set in an amazing location, with a trusted and professional team.
You are able to choose the hours that suit you with the earliest massage or facial being 10:00 and the latest at 19:00.
The Hotel will supply you with bookings however you will be expected to be present in the Hotel around reception, to be able to converse and engage with guests if you aren`t busy.
While the Holistic Therapist is paid £8.21 per hour, you will actually receive time and a half (£12.32 per hour) while you are carrying out treatments, on average a Therapist can be booked for 6 hours of treatments per day.
In addition, you will also be paid commission on the products you sell to regular and one-off affluent hotel guests.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
To be a successful Holistic Therapist you will need to have worked in, understand and engage with the holistic approach, and have carried out massage and facials in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will have completed CIDESO or CIBTAC.
You must have a car to be able to get to the venue.
You must be physically fit and able to carry out the job requirements.
Worked in hospitality and in a customer facing role, able to engage with guests.
What`s on Offer?
As a Holistic Therapist you will receive a basic hourly rate of £8.21 per hour.
For every treatment that you are engaged in you will be paid time and a half (£12.32 per hour) rather than £8.21per hour.
Commission on product sales to increase your earning potential.
Flexible hours to suit you (full time or part time).
You will be provided with the equipment you need to complete your job successfully, as well as being supplied with training on the Bamford and Oskia product range.
A fantastic five-star hotel environment with affluent hotel guests and customers, on average 6 hours per day of booked appointments are waiting for you.
Holiday entitlement is 20 days plus all bank and public holidays for full time staff, (pro rata for part time), rising by 1 day each year for 5 years.
