An exciting Opportunity for a highly experienced Securty Manager has arisen. This company are an independently owned company and are growing rapidly.

Role Responsibility

The ideal canddiate will have a flexible approach to this role and be able to effectively manage, be decisive and always ensure they are acting in the best interests of our clients and employees.

Recruitment - responsible for recruitment needs on sites, ensuring our teams are operating fully and that we have the right people in the right roles. Recruiting in line with our ACS and BS7858 Standards - completing all necessary paperwork and working closely with our HR and Vetting team

Mobilisation Be competent in mobilising newly acquired sites as well as taking over the management and client relationship on those already establsihed

Risk Assessments/ Audits - Ensure that a full site survey and Risk Assessment is completed before Security Services commence and reviewed annually or during site changes. To ensure that site audits are carried out at least once every month on each site, ensuring the results of the audit are retained

Assignment Instructions - ensure the contents of Assignment Instructions are agreed and signed off by the Clients before commencing the service

Ensure Customer complaints, feedback or queries are all handled in an appropriate and timely manner

Site Equipment / Training - Ensure all Security Offices on site are issued with uniforms and all equipment and training required for the role

Communication - To ensure regualr meetings are held with the clients at an agreed frequency determined by the client. Create a clear line of communication with Managing Director, HR Team and Accounts Team

Staff Development - Responsible for directly deployed staffs wellbeing - carrying out probation reviews, appraisals and 121s. A knowledge of TUPE and the transfer process is an advantage

The Ideal Candidate

Must have a full, clean, UK driving Licence

Must be an experienced security professional with a full understanding of the security industry in particular the Manned Guarding Sector

Must have experience of Managing teams, recruiting and perfromance management processes

Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
