Based at Goring
Hours are 37.5 a week to be worked either Tuesday to Friday 14.30pm - 22.30, Saturday 10am - 18.00pm or Sunday 10am - 18.00pm,
Monday to Thursday 14.30 to 22.30 a total of 37.5 hours per week
Job Role
To provide an efficient service to all customer purchasing Through This Company and all associated platforms
To ensure all information is reported onto the correct systems accurately
Manage all email communication with customers through email and phone
Logging and solving customer complaints within the parameters of company processes
Raise and issuing refunds where necessary whilst keeping accurate records
Liaising with Customer Service Manager to feedback all issues to remain in line with operational processes
Admin duties as and when required
Learning about the organisations products and services and keeping up to date with any relevant changes
Attend department meetings
Some manuel handling
Undertake and other reasonable tasks
