The Company and the Role:
Pioneering Online Digital Specialist opportunity in an award-winning national telecommunications business, permanent role, in Lancashire with an SME Marketing team, developing and executing online plans.
Working in the Small and Medium business department team of 3, reporting to the Marketing Director, as part of a large national business with continued growth and expansion into various telecom and datacom markets.

Key Features:
Responsible for the successful driving of traffic to the customer-facing website.
Maintaining the effective operation of the website to optimise conversion.
Playing a big part in the generation of inbound leads to help assist and support the outbound sales and marketing efforts, offering a genuine, proven and trusted character in the Marketing team.
Responsible for the development and execution of online strategy, interacting with the Content and Campaign team to ensure consistency.
Complementary management and development responsibilities of the existing websites and digital assets, delivering a first-class UX.
It will be very important that you are able to handle effective differentiating through Digital marketing.
Being a proven Online Digital Specialist requires vigilance for site compromises.
Working in a results-based environment demonstrating your expertise and success within the field of the Digital Marketing.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
As an Online Digital Specialist, you must have knowledge, skills and experience in the following areas to be considered for this amazing opportunity:
Delivered quantifiable results via online platform in previous job.
Understanding how to increase brand engagement using the most relevant digital channels.
Data and analytical experience is a must (Google AdWords / Google Analytics).
Superb interpersonal and communications skills.
Making financial recommendations when working with online budgets.
Experienced launching new products, within a varied and fast-moving environment.
Educated to a degree level, or similar digital / online qualifications.
Fully conversant with digital design, search engine optimisation, paid search and digital marketing tools.
Track record and appreciation of sales and digital marketing integration.
Thorough understanding of all aspects of SEM (PPC + SEO) and paid Social media.
Understanding of web analytics & web marketing, web design & UI design principles.
Understanding of usability testing, split and AB testing.
Working knowledge of HTML and web architectures.
Social platform capabilities.

What`s on Offer?
The Online Digital Specialist basic salary can range from £28,000 up to £35,000, which will be assessed at interview and based on experience, plus other contributing factors.
Core working hours Monday to Friday either 8:30 till 17:00 or 9:00 till 17:30, the company has indicated that if both probation has been passed and trust established, then there is the potential of working from home 2 days per week.
