A major European, premium food processing company is looking for a Site Administration Manager for its modern facility. The Site Administration Manager manages the day to day operations of people dealing with access into and out of the facility. The Site Administration Manager ensures that all support processes on site are managed to their optimum so that other operations can function smoothly. The Site Administration Manager will be a great communicator and well organised with a thorough understanding of organisational policies and procedures. The company has grown successfully and now needs committed people to drive its future growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative procedures, systems and streamline processes
- Control vehicles, staff, visitors/contractors, packaging, consumables in and out of the site
- Control, monitor and formalise site security such as gate house and CCTV cameras
- Manage the cleaning of all areas outside of the Production facility
- Management of the staff in Site Services, Coldstore and Operation Support
- Ensure the smooth flow of information to facilitate other business operations
- Monitor office supplies inventory and purchasing of new material within budget
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians)
- Organise and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Conduct regular reviews of the site situation
- Responsible for on-site discipline and the maintenance of company standards
- Continuous improvement of site waste, recycling procedures and costs
Person Specification:
- Astute business management skills with the ability to make key front line commercial and operational decisions within budget
- A disciplined hands-on leader, who is also a good team-player
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and recognition that consumer satisfaction is paramount
- Proficient at multi-tasking and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent time management, ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
