Customer Demand Planner
An exciting opportunity exisits with the Yale Retail Business unit for a Customer Demand planner (Amazon) reporting to the Head of Supply and Amazon Account Manager.
We are looking for a really dynamic and customer focused individual who has some analytical experience with a great personality and transferabls skill with supply experience.
Job Responsibilties
To support Amazon UK Business growth with a view to assist supply to all EU5 Amazon EMEA regions
Ownership of all aspects of product supply to Amazon and stock in the Amazon FC Network
Forcasting and demand planning to ensure 100% stock availability
Weekly analysis and reporting of Amazon sales and stock data
Work closely with the Amazon Account Manager and Key Amazon stakholders to ensure the Amazon account runs at optimum levels at all times
Work with Amazon Account Managers to plan stock requirements
Stock analysis and (MTPT) Stock management Tracker
Service tracker (OTIF) from Yale to Amazon, resolve stock availability issues
Understand forward supply chain requirements from Amazon and input sales requirment into forecast tool
Plan range review and new product introduction into Amazon
Daily contact with Amazon and UK Logistic planners
Daily contact with Amazon Account Manager
Daily Sales order book and supply chain arrears resolution
Analysis of Amazon sales data, interpret and report back
Daily Contact with AA UK Fulfilment centre
The ideal canddiate will
Be able to use existing tools to run sales/ stock reports
Have experience of working with online retailers or similar
have strong relationships building and influencing skills in order to build relationships within both the internal and external supply chains
Be strong willed and be able to deal with high pressure situations
Utilize their strong initiative to foresee and overcome problems
Be professional, a confident communicator and have strong interpersonal skills
Be proficient working with Excel and numbers in general
have the ability to handle multiple work- streams and priorities simultaneously
Have 2 years experience in a similar role
Enthusastic, confident and hardworking team player
