Installation Engineer field based to cover Essex
Door Group
A requirement for an Installation Engineer to operate and safety install steel door products to a high standard on clients premises for one of the worlds leading manufacturers and suppliers of door opening solutions.
The role of Installation Engineer can earn up to £40,000 with Overtime
Applications from ex military personnel are strongly encouraged
Main Duties and Responsibilties
To identify and report near misses to ensure the safe installation and operation of steel door products.
Interaction with co-workers with experienced engineers installing steel door products
Being available to cover call outs for the repairs department out of hours
Support the engineering team with lifting and carrying out heavy products
Any other duties required to assist in supporting the achievement of Company objectives
Experience/ Qualifications
Relevant industry experience in industrial door company building products industry
Be familar with steel doors, roller shutter doors, sectional overhead doors and other related products
Supervisor CSCS card
SSSTS Scheme
IPAF/PSMA card
Good organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team but have initiative to work independently
Good Communication Skills
