They are offering an exciting and unique opportunity to join their Academy Programme and complete a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Business to Business Sales whilst developing and growing your professional sales career as an Account Manager. The position is based in North London and is permanent.

Key Features of the Role:
Support the Channel Managers to focus on the retention and growth of an existing account portfolio.
Develop your professional and academic skills through hands-on practical experience, support and benefit from coaching and mentoring by experienced Senior Managers.
Exciting and unique opportunity to join an Academy Programme and complete a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Business to Business Sales
Spend time visiting customer’s building long term relationships and negotiating and introducing in new products.
The position is site-based reporting into the Channel Managers.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Ideally some sales experience within the retail or foodservice sectors with some field sales experience, although you could also be an ambitious, motivated individual with experience in other sectors.
Passionate “foodie “with an ambition to grow your career in national account sales.
A minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Math plus ideally an A level (s), grade C and above (or equivalent).
A full driving licence is a prerequisite as there will be a requirement for travel to customers throughout the country at different times to present to them the company product range.

On offer to the successful candidate is an attractive basic salary of 25,000-£31,500 plus a
£5,000 car allowance and a guaranteed 15% bonus.
