Key Responsibilities
As the Group, Safety, Resilience and Process Manager you will ultimately be responsible for ensuring compliance with all the internal policies and regulations, along with any external legislation, relating to Health & Safety, Processes and organisation. Internal control system and Business Resilience. This will involve
Setting and Managing the strategy for Health & Safety and Business continuity in conjunction with the Director, Business Services
Ensure that all policies and regulations, as well as local laws, concerning Occupational Safety and Business Continuity are implemented
Building and nurturing key business partnership relationships with key stakeholders at all sites
Providing day to day line management, as well as leadership direction to a team of 3 direct reports
Qualification and Experience
The successful candidate for the role of Group Safety, Resilience and Process Manager will be able to demonstrate proven experience in working in a senior role with responsibilties for Health & Safety, Resilience and Risk. Commercially focused with the ability to initiate and drive a continually improving safety culture. You will also have
The ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, coaching and challenging them to deliver their responsibilites around safety, resilience and risk
Experience working in a fast-paced organisation, working on varied and multiple tasks
Experience of ISO standards in occupational safety.
Competent MS Office applications particularly in Word, Excel and power point
Current knowledge of industry and legislation
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Relevant degree or business related qualification to a degree standard
NEBOSH qualified or equivalent
Business Continuity or other related risk discipline qualification
