Amazing permanent Office Services Manager opportunity with a privately-owned and cool refrigeration company based just outside Southampton, managing client and company manufacturing and service expectations.

The Company has over 30 years of professional refrigeration manufacturing experience and are well known for their professional and thorough understanding of their client`s requirements, especially when it comes to service management contracts.

The exciting and varied requirements of the role is to use transferable skills in areas such as business support, management, office administration, co-ordinating, prioritising, organization, time and asset management, engineer and client communication, sales and marketing, to make sure that the business as well as customers are serviced correctly, and that all new enquiries or business support issues are re-directed to the correct contact points.

Key Features of the Office Services Manager Role:
Handle a whole range of service contracts for new clients, renewal`s for existing customers, carrying out all correspondence, quotations and reporting.
Managing and organising all service contract maintenance and repair work required.
Co-ordinating all mobile service engineers and company assets.
Managing the companies training and quality responsibilities and requirements.
Handling the file management requirements in the business.
Receiving and processing all purchase invoices for payment.
Handling debtor ledger and trade creditor ledger queries.
Collect, contact, respond and forward all relevant sales leads to appropriate business contacts.
Handle some of the businesses marketing.
Office Services Manager, working Mon to Fri 08:30 till 17:00, 30 mins break (40-hour week).

Knowledge and Skills Required:
To be successful in this Office Services Manager role you will need to be an accomplished Office Services Manager with the following core values.
Customer focused, collaborative, integrity, accountable, positive, professional communicator, dedicated to quality.
Previous market focus on the needs of the customers, aware of the market and competition offerings, able to review lead generation figures.
Experience of working in an efficient and effective capacity, sometimes working under your own initiative, or within a team environment.
Leadership experience as a mentor and someone who sets professional standards, but who can also take calculated risks and be accountable for your actions.
Experience in a targets and solution focused work environment.
Ability to represent and promote the brand in a passionate and enthusiastic way.
Current Co-ordinator and Office Services Manager experience.
Refrigeration industry sector and service maintenance knowledge would be amazing but is not essential.
Co-ordination, relationship management, prioritisation, organisation, calm and emotional robust personality, professional with a business support focused character.
Own transport is essential to get to the location as no reliable public transport, or you must live locally.

What`s on Offer?
Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum based on office service experience, refrigeration sector experience and relevant transferable skills.
Full-time permanent opportunity in a critical business role.
Working Monday to Friday 08:30 till 17:00, 30 mins break (40-hour week).
Free parking on site.
