Our client is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated Accounts Assistant to support their business.
This role is a permanent full-time position, although our client would also consider part-time.
Applications from suitably qualified ex-military personnel (Royal Air Force, Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Marines) will be particularly relevant for this position, although all qualified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Main Duties
• Raising orders and invoices
• Sending out statements to clients
• Credit control/chasing payments
• Banking cheques and managing petty cash
• Liaising with clients and man the office phone
• Updating quarterly and monthly statistics in Excel
• Various admin tasks e.g. filing and supporting the team, looking after visitors etc.
