EB5864 German Speaking Customer Service Assistant
Salary: (Negotiable dependent on experience)
Location: Goring-by-sea
Position: Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Flexible on hours but most likely 09.00 – 17.00 M-F
Forces Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Customer Services Assistants to join our team, and as our client expands their presence in existing territories they are seeking somebody who is fluent in German and English.

Key areas of Responsibility
- To provide efficient and effect service to customers contacting through World of Books and all associated platforms.
- To ensure all information is reported accurately onto the correct systems
- Maintaining an effective working relationship with colleagues
- A positive approach to adapting to departmental and business requirements to maximise performance
- Managing all email communication with customers through email and phone
- Logging and solving customer complaints within the parameters of company processes
- Raise and issuing refunds where necessary whilst keeping accurate records
- Liaising with Customer Service Manager to feedback all issues to remain in line with operational processes
- Administrative duties as and when they are required
- Some manual handling required as you may be tasked with searching for unfound orders and inquires, as well as dealing with return post
