Forces Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an Electronics Engineer. This role will have responsibility for leading a small team with specific focus on PCB manufacture.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
This role will have responsibility for leading a small team with addressing PCB design issues, dealing with suppliers, fault finding and failures to provide solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Analogue and Digital circuit design and Analysis
- Selection and assessment of components
- PCB Layout design and supervision including the use of tools for schematic capture and circuit simulation
- Experienced with Configuration Management and control
- Manufacturing/ production and component selection
- Analysis and review of analogue & digital circuits
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to lead a small team
- Rapid learner, flexible and adaptable engineer willing to undertake varied tasks related to the support of the electronics and surrounding system
- An understanding of processes and techniques applicable to electronics manufacturing
- Understanding of basic analogue design
- Understanding of basic digital design
- An understanding of schematic capture and drawing review
- Circuit simulation
- Wiring definition experience
- An understanding of PCB Layout supervision
- Schematic capture
- Flexible working option
- Broad knowledge of other areas of engineering (e.g. systems, mechanical, motors, etc) - Would be desirable
- Design for EMC – Would be desirable
- Environmental qualification – Would be desirable
