Description :

The Company and the Role:
A popular independently run Gastro Pub located within the Bognor Regis area. Due to their location you can imagine they are extremely busy in the Summer months and are currently looking for a full-time and will consider part time front of house members at all levels on both the floor and behind the bar.
You will be part of a team that will provide an excellent overall dining experience to the guests.
Keep in mind that Front of House staff duties may require working in shifts and/or occasionally during weekends and holidays.

Key Features of the Role:
Providing excellent waiting and bar service to ensure satisfaction.
Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.

Knowledge and Skills:
Ideally have front of house experience as a Waiter / Waitress / Front of House Member in a catering and hospitality establishment
You will be the face of the establishment, so you need to have great customer skills.
Have a ‘can do’ attitude and ambition to progress your career.
Possess excellent communication and team skills.
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
You will need to have strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

What’s on Offer?
From National Minimum Wage £7.83 upwards.
If you are aged below 25 then the starting rate of pay will be less.
Full time hours can be offered but would also consider part time hours if preferred 
Tips – Cash and credit will be issued
