HQ5708 Internal Recruiter
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
Location: London
Hours: 8:15am - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Forces Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Internal Recruiter to work for a world leader in essential oils and wellness solutions. You will also be asked to undertake HR Administration duties alongside and therefore will need to be able to multi task and work under pressure.
Applications from Ex-Military personnel are strongly encouraged (British Army, Royal Air Force, Royal Navy and Royal Marines) however all applications will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and implementing recruitment strategy for both international multi-lingual candidates
- Manage the advertisements and co-ordinate all recruitment activities, including: initial candidate screening over the phone, booking appointments with staff and candidates, arranging meeting rooms and assessment centres
- Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline reports
- Prepare and administrate all Assessment Centres, set up paperwork and testing for candidates, etc.
- Assist with CV sifting with jobs at all levels
- Carrying out tasks as required by the HR Manager
- Maintain and update all electronic and physical personnel files in relation to: leavers, starters, training records, appraisal/performance management records, etc.
- Payroll administration
- Follow up with references, training, etc.
- Assist with the on boarding process
- Assist in organising internal events for staff by occasionally chairing meetings and ensuring that everything is in place and co-ordinated with the various appropriate stakeholders.
- Assist with organising maintenance workers
- Manage office supplies and stock levels
Skills and Experience required:
- Have extensive previous recruitment experience,
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Have excellent listening skills
- Have complete discretion and confidentiality
- Have passion in what you do; be people smart
- Administration skills (or Payroll is desirable)
- Have excellent computer skills; experience of MS Office packages
- Have accurate typing skills (alpha and data)
- Be methodical and pro-active
- Attention to detail
- Be a team player
