HQ5549 Front of House Manager Ex Military
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum DOE

Forces Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Front of House Manager to join a prestigious Clubhouse in the heart of Cambridge. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Club and managing existing team members. Please note; accommodation is not included.
Applications from ex-military personnel (British Army, Royal Air Force, Royal Navy and Royal Marines) are strongly encouraged however, all applications will be considered
Key Responsibilities;
- Manage the day to day running of the Clubhouse including the Bar
- Organise and cater for events as required utilizing the staff as well as hiring temporary staff
- Provide effective leadership to on-site staff
- Increase Clubhouse revenues
- Liaise with all Clubhouse members and guests
- Ordering Stock for both Bar and Kitchen
- Attend and report to monthly Management meetings
- Finances and Budgets
Person Specification
- Strong leadership skills
- Management experience within Hospitality
- Self-Starter, able to work on own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good attention to detail
Essential;
- Must hold a Personal Licence
- Clean Driving Licence

Hours: 5 days a week - 3pm to 11pm (occasional split shifts may be required for special events)
