Amazing Senior Software Developer opportunity in award-winning national Telecommunications business based in Chatham / Kent. This permanent role will have you develop new and existing business applications.
The company develops new and existing applications to support a wide range of their client’s business needs and this is a vital role in that process.
The company have developed industry-leading systems that are fundamental to the success of businesses, enabling partner support in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Using a passionate and flexible approach for developing applications to bring about positive business changes, this role will be involved throughout the development lifecycle.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Software Developer to build on existing skills and learn new ones in an exciting environment using new technologies.
Key Features of the Role:
As an accomplished Senior Software Developer your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain new and existing applications to support business objectives.
Provide technical guidance and advice in a consultative fashion, as well as unit testing applications in controlled situations to ensure quality, prior to live activation.
Always maintaining vigilance for possible fraudulent activity and raising security incident reports if necessary.
Periodically reviewing security policies centrally hosted on the Intranet to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and company requirements.
Carrying out ad hoc assignments as and when required, in compliance with health and safety policy legislation.
Working out of the local office Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30.
Accessible via public transport.

As an accomplished Senior Software Developer, you must have knowledge, skills and experience within the follow areas, and this must be detailed in your CV, otherwise you will not be considered.

What’s on Offer?
Basic salary range is £40,000 to £45,000 which will be assessed at interview and based on experience plus other contributing factors.
Working hours am till pm Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30.
25 days holiday + bank holidays + additional 1 day’s holiday for every year worked up to 30 days holiday maximum.
The option to buy up to an extra 5 holiday days.
