The UK’s leading wetroom specialists is seeking an Installation Operative to install / fit their range of innovative wetroom products to a high standard at customer sites. Ideally, the Installation Operative is to have a construction background and possess a CSCS card; however if you are interested in working in the construction industry or you have prior wet room experience please do not hesitate to apply. The client is also seeking individuals with excellent customer service, attention for detail and knowledge of the construction knowledge. You will need your own transport in order to get to the client’s office in Hook.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install client’s range of products to a high quality
- Understand scope of works for each project
- Attend training sessions/courses as deemed appropriate by the company and attend all Induction courses
- Maintain regular meetings with Management/Directors
- Display role model behaviour and unconditional teamwork at all times
- Utilising understanding of BS 8102:2009 - Code of practice for protection of below ground structures against water from the ground
- Highlight any Health & Safety issues to your Supervisors or to whoever is responsible for Health & Safety on Site
- Delivering a professional service at all times
- Highlight any areas where you feel you required further training on our products or our installation techniques
- Highlight instances where you encounter problems installing products so assessments can be made, and action taken where necessary
- Maintain a clean and tidy approach to your work and your appearance
- Look after items issued to you and to take ownership of the responsibility for keeping them safe and in good working order
- Use any systems that are supplied to you in a responsible manner, i.e. SATNAVs
- Ensure company issued equipment you use has been PAT tested in accordance with in-house procedures
- Ensure that you have and use, the correct PPE for the environment you are working in
- Ensure good communications with your team and your Supervisors
- Comply with all reasonable requests from your Supervisors in relation to paperwork and Administration documents
- Abide by all laws and regulations, including site, vehicle, driving, Health & Safety etc.
- Working towards ensuring the Annual Group Turnover Target is met

Avg. 40 hrs /week
Salary:
£19,500 - £22,100+ (negotiable if you have the desired qualifications/experience)
