SHEQ Manager Midlands Based
A reliable SHEQ Manager is required to support the planning and management of the Groups sustainable management system. To Manage all internal and external audits schedules and systems. Working closeley with and supporting the Group Head of SHEQ for the successful implementation and management of regulatory and requirements. Day to day systems, client, complaints, management and incident reporting.
Overall Responsibility
Management of all management and SHEQ audits are completed
Overseeing all weekly/monthy and preparation for all SHEQ data for internal and external presentations
Management of all incidents, near misses, claims and complaints data, reporting and correspondance
Management of contractors in relation to above
Management of Acumen management system to super user level
Management of change to manuals, systems, policies and procedures
Management of registers
Management of weekly walk SHEQ Stats
Support creationg, Safety Stand Downs
Management and reporting of non conformances
Publish weekly audit tracker
Ensure compliance with internal and external clients
Provide competent cover for all colleagues
Record, minute and distribute all SHEQ meetings
Anaylse captured data, review trends and formulate action plans
Support induction prestart process
Record and pass all SHEQ invoices to Group Head
Undertake adhoc training
Management of all business accreditations
Knowledge and Skills
Hold a Level 5 Safety qualification
Hold an IRCA Internal Audit qualification
Hold SHEA Power, Water & Gas
Become a member of IOSH and undertake CPD.
Advanced Microsft User
Excellent organisational planning and time management skills
Able to Manage projects
Thorough knowledge of IS045001/IS04001 & IS09001
Good Management Skills
Clear focus on high quality and ability to use own initiative
