Our client, a quality property development Company, are currently recruiting for an experienced Buildings & Maintenance Manager to join their team.
Applications from suitably qualified ex-military personnel (Royal Air Force, Royal Navy, British Army) will be particularly relevant for this position, although all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Main Purpose of role:
Support the running of building sites as well as the maintenance of client’s flats, shops and other properties.
Considerable experience in more than one of the following would be of interest: painting, decorating, tiling, plastering, carpentry and general property maintenance.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- a good level of general maintenance in a domestic and business environment
- punctual, reliable and flexible
- display enthusiasm, drive & self-motivation
- have a proven work record
- able to solve potential problems
- confidence in your own abilities, knowledge and expertise
- flexible outlook and able to work alone and on own initiative
- resilient and an ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Motorcycle / Scooter full licence.
