Wycombe Abbey seeks to appoint a Facilities Manager to lead and manage the Maintenance Team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services in line with agreed strategic, operational and service plan objectives for facilities at the School.
Reporting to the Estates Director, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing a team of skilled estates staff to ensure all maintenance services are provided to the highest specification and meet the requirements of the School.
The successful applicant will be proactive with the ability to manage people successfully, communicate, negotiate and resolve often complex issues, working at pace with excellent attention to detail.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week. This job involves full time working hours all year round and some weekends.
Salary: Circa £38-40k dependent upon skills and experience.
